I get asked this question all the time. “What do I need to wear for my session?” Don’t worry, I can help you! If you have booked a session with me you already know my answer: Neutral and pastels. Don’t match outfits…….coordinate them! Light pastel florals and neutral solid patterns are complimentary of one another. Fabrics that photograph the best and are really comfortable include gauze, linen, and cotton. Layers, mixing patterns, and different textures add dimension and depth. A beautiful texture to consider is a cable knit sweater. Try avoid using true whites with Ivory and off whites. Bold or bright colors can reflect onto skin, creating unflattering tones. Neutral colors create soft photograph beautifully and keep the focus on your beautiful faces.
